Seminars with Erik Elsemans

1. Cost

a. Seminars

  • Please do not register for only one day. You will not see all the material covered in the seminar, and that will create problems if you want to go to the next level in future seminars.
  • Prior registration :
    • regular price: € 100 for the whole weekend
    • YMAA students: € 80 for the whole weekend
  • Early registration : 20% discount (more info below)
  • Registration at seminar location: € 150 for the whole weekend

b. Meals

Meals are provided at the seminar location. Please order your meals two weeks before the seminars at the latest.

  • hot meal (lunch) : € 11
  • breakfast: € 5

c. Lodging

Lodging is provided at the seminar location. Please contact us first as there is only a limited number of rooms available. Please book your room two weeks before the seminar at the latest.

  • 1 person per room: € 60
  • 2 persons per room: € 30 per person
  • 3 persons per room: € 20 per person
  • sheets: € 5 (you may bring your own sleeping bag)
  • towels: € 4 (you may bring your own)

2. Registration

a. How to register

Please register in advance. You can register by sending us an e-mail stating:

  • your name
  • telephone number, preferably cell phone (we will only use this number if something should happen)
  • the seminar you would like to participate in
  • details about meals or lodging if necessary
  • calculation of what you should pay

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from us with the account number to which you should transfer the money. Your registration will only be valid after we have received the correct amount. The money should be on our account at least two days before the seminar starts and is not refundable under any circumstances, even in case of illness or circumstances beyond your control.

b. Early registration

You receive a discount of 20% if you register at least two weeks before the seminar. This means that your registration money should be on our account on the following dates at the latest (no exceptions will be made!):

  • for the seminar in April: on Friday, April 3, 2009
  • for the seminar in May: on Friday, April 24, 2009
  • for the seminar in June: on Friday, May 29, 2009
